HOW TO UNINSTALL AN APPLICATION THAT IS NOT SHOWING UNINSTALL FROM YOUR ANDROID DEVICE

Hello SgLeet readers, today I'm sharing you with you another trick on how I uninstalled an app that's been showing unnecessary pop up on my Android device, I was just browsing through my facebook this morning when I found out a new free browsing trick so I decided to try it out and share here but it wasn't as thought as the application been used to connect the cheat is just a fake app used for advertising and nothing more.

After installing the app I found out I couldn't open it so I decide to uninstall and that was where the problem all started from, it's not possible to uninstall anymore, check screenshot below


After noticing this I quickly removed the file from my Android thinking it would stop the ads but it didn't, then later I noticed the app has hidden from my home screen,then I knew the app might be used for key logging, so I had to uninstall fast but don't know how to go about it, we I started trying a lot of things.

First thing I did was to uncheck installation from unknown source but it still didn't work, then I started making research and I found the answer.


First thing you need to do is go to settings

Then click on Security

Click on Device Administrators

Above is the problem behind the application bot been able to be uninstalled, so what you need to do now is just uncheck it by deactivating the app as seen below

After deactivating then you are very close to uninstalling the app from you device

Just go back to settings, and click on app then click on the app again, you should be able to uninstall it now.
